Enamikele inimestele v\u00f5ib soovitada probleemide v\u00e4ltimiseks massaa\u017ei kord kuus, m\u00f5ne eriala ja valdkonna esindaja puhul isegi kord n\u00e4dalas,\u201c soovitab ta. K\u00f5rve laseb endale teha massaa\u017ei kord n\u00e4dalas \u2013 kuna tema t\u00f6\u00f6ga seoses tekib suur spetsiifiline koormus. Massaa\u017eil on erinevaid liike, millest osad sobivad ka lihtsalt l\u00f5\u00f5gastumiseks ja vaimse pinge leevendamiseks.<\/p><p>Manuaalterapeudi\/kiropraktiku poole tuleks p\u00f6\u00f6rduda peamiselt selja-, kaela- ja liigesteprobleemidega. K\u00f5rve soovitab kindlasti ka enne k\u00fclastust veenduda vastava spetsialisti kvalifikatsioonis. \u201eKaela-, rindkere-, alaseljavalud ja paljud lihaspinged saavad alguse mingist funktsionaalsest blokist, mille vabastamine on manuaalterapeudi ja kiropraktiku t\u00f6\u00f6.
