Elamus SPA-s on 22 erinevat sauna, kust leiab endale sobiva iga\u00fcks \u2013 kes eelistab tugevat leilisauna, kes pehmemat aroomisauna, kes hoopiski aurusauna ja kes eelistab liguneda hoopis Jaapani vannis.<\/p><p>Dr J\u00fcrgenson m\u00e4rgib, et s\u00f5ltumata saunaliigist on nende tervendav ja positiivne m\u00f5ju meie tugi- ja sidekudedele. Toimub veresoonte laienemine, langeb verer\u00f5hk ning pulss paraneb. Kogu selle tulemusena meie keha \u00fcldine verevarustus paraneb ning \u00fcleliigse soojuse \u00e4ra andmiseks hakkame higistama.<\/p><h3><strong>Sauna reeglid<\/strong><\/h3><p>Siiski paneb dr J\u00fcrgenson s\u00fcdamele, et k\u00f5ik need positiivsed m\u00f5jud saavad toimida ainult juhul, kui j\u00e4rgitakse teatud sauna reegleid ning soovitusi.<\/p><p>Kindlasti ei tohiks enne sauna minekut k\u00f5htu liiga t\u00e4is s\u00fc\u00fca ja hoiduma peaks alkoholi tarbimisest, jookidest v\u00f5iks tarbida mineraalvett, teed.<\/p><p>Enne sauna sisenemist kontrolli enda pulssi. Kui pulss \u00fcletab peale sauna algset l\u00f6\u00f6kide arvu rohkem kui 14 l\u00f6\u00f6gi v\u00f5rra, siis t\u00e4hendab, et temperatuur on sinu kehale liiga k\u00f5rge.<\/p><p>Kuumas sauna (70-80 kraadi) ei ole soovitatav viibida korraga \u00fcle 15 minuti. Selleks juhuks on saunameistritel teadmised, kuidas inimest aidata.<\/p><p>Kui keegi peaks rituaalil kokku kukkuma v\u00f5i tunnetama, et on paha, siis esimese asjana tuleb asetada inimene saunast v\u00e4lja istuma.
